Este óleo pintado sobre tabla es obra del Maestro de la Misa de San Gregorio, y pertenece a la Escuela del Rin Medio. Se trata de un tema recurrente del Gótico tardío: "La Misa de San Gregorio". Fue realizado entre 1460 y 1480, y se encuentra en el Museo del Hermitage, San Petersburgo (Rusia).
